Price Increase 


August 1st, 2025 our grooming prices increased. 



We Will Call When Your Pet Is Ready

 

To ensure the safety of your pet(s) and our staff, we ask that you please wait until we call before you show up. Showing up before your pet is ready can cause your pet to become excited and wiggly on the table. This makes it much harder and more dangerous to groom. Pets can be easily nicked or cut. 


MATTED FEE


If your pet is matted, there will be an
additional charge of $10. If the matting needs to be shaved before the bath the charge will be $15. WARNING! Matting does cause the skin to be irritated after grooming. Matting can also cause bruising and hide unseen wounds.



Flea and Tick


If your pet(s) have fleas and/or ticks, they will receive a flea and tick shampoo and an
additional $5 will be added to the total. 



Late Arrivals


Being late at drop off cuts into the allotted time for your pet(s) and others. Please understand that if you are more than
15 minutes late, we may not be able to take your pet, and you will have to reschedule. If we are able to still take your pet, there WILL be a $15 late fee



Late Pick-Up


We ask that owners be able to pick up their pet(s) within the
HOUR of the call of completion. If you have NOT picked up your pet(s) within the hour there WILL be a $15+ late fee



NO SHOW & CANCELLATION FEE


If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you please give a
24-HOUR NOTICE, so we are able to fill that appointment slot. If you fail to cancel/ reschedule 24 hours before there will be a fee of $20 added to your next visit.
